Visa, Mastercard, check, or money orders payable to Homespun Curtain Connection.
Ordering:
- Telephone and fax orders accepted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Central time) Monday through Friday. To place your order by phone, call (515) 987-2286. You may fax orders to (515) 987-8319.

Wholesale inquiries welcome. Please contact us for information.
Shipping:
We use the most efficient carrier for your order and address. Please give us both Post Office and UPS address, if different. Shipping of most orders will take place within 3 to 4 working days. Larger orders may take up to 2 weeks.
Returns:
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on special orders except for a defect in materials or workmanship. Please enclose a note as to the reason you are returning the product and insure shipment as you are responsible for returning the product in original condition. At our option we will either exchange the merchandise (and not charge you for shipping and handling), or refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Damage:
All orders are insured. If items arrive damaged, save all packaging materials and immediately notify us and the carrier involved. We would appreciate an e-mail informing us the problem.
